Falcons." |
She issued an inspirational message, encouraging the
young athletes to do their best on the field and make the most of their
athletic experiences.
"This is a great start for the fall sports season at Albany High
School," said Ms. Ryan, who was formerly the athletic director for the
Elmira City School District. "The support of boosters, parents and
school administrators was all observable. I want our student-athletes to
know the bar and expectations for them are going to be set very high
because when they graduate from here they will be prepared to be the
leaders of their generation and that means excelling on the playing
fields and in their classrooms!"
Superintendent Eva Joseph encouraged the student-athletes to make the
school community proud, adding that she had no doubt that they would.

High School to Ms. Ryan and Ms. Fantroy-Ford. We are excited to have you
both at the high school."
Ms Ford said she was looking forward to serving as the high school
principal.
She said, "We look forward to wins in the athletic arena. We believe
that our athletes will be successful both on the field and in the
classroom. I am proud to say that our Albany High School Athletes will
exemplify Falcon PRIDE. They will be prepared and determined to achieve
excellence in the game."
