Albany High student-athletes participate in first Suburban Leadership Conference

Twenty Albany High School student-athletes participated in the first-ever Suburban Council Leadership Conference in Troy on March 13.

The day-long event brought together student leaders from each conference school to discuss a wide range of topics that included sportsmanship and the commitment necessary to be a student-athlete in high school.

A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a former Army Ranger, Rifenbary is the author of the award-winning book, “No Excuse!
