Great things are happening in Albany's public schools!

Olivia Henry, eighth grade

William S. Hackett Middle School

Hackett Middle School eighth-grader Olivia Henry is a strong academic student who always is willing to go the extra mile to be successful.

Olivia is enrolled in Hackett’s most challenging academic classes and has continuously made Honor Roll each quarter with an overall average of 95 percent or higher.  She also is a talented flute player in the Hackett band.

When Olivia is not showcasing her talents in the classroom, you can see her doing it in the athletic setting either swimming or running track.

Olivia enjoys spending time with her family and she truly enjoys being outside riding her bike, listening to music, drawing and writing during her free time.

Olivia has continuously been a positive role model and it is these qualities and values that will lead to her continued success.

Hackett is proud to recognize her as an exceptional student for 2016-17.
