Winter is the Albany High School cheerleading team’s competitive season and the Falcons are hard at work preparing!
During practice on Nov. 22, head coach Jahmere Holland not only went over routines but also emphasized the importance of strength and conditioning.
Varsity’s first tournament is January 19 in Guilderland.
