It was time-trial Friday for the boys’ and girls’ cross country teams!
After a short warm up, the group hit the track for a 1.5 mile race that coaches John Deer (boys) and Daniel Wehle (girls) will use to determine workouts and focus areas before the first meet.
The Falcons’ only home race of the season is scheduled for 4:15 p.m. on Sept. 20 at Capital Hills golf course.
