On Tuesday evening, our unified bowling team came together for a wonderful end-of-season celebration. The event featured a friendly competition among students, their coach and district staff, along with a delicious spread to enjoy after the matches, including pizza, wings, cookies, cake and more!

This season, our team was comprised of 24 dedicated students who worked hard to enhance their bowling techniques while also strengthening their communication and teamwork skills. Coach Alicia Arisim has been an incredible guiding presence, ensuring that every practice and match has been a positive experience for all.

Student-athlete Angelo Richardson expressed his excitement for bowling, highlighting the joy of spending time with a friend of his that also is on the team. He remarked,

“Playing with them is really a joy when it comes to hanging out.”

Jeremiah McCrary shared reflections on his growth as a bowler over the past four years, crediting his friends for helping him maintain focus during games. He stated,

“You need to learn how to take a deep breath. Take a minute until your ball comes back. Wait—don’t just rush ahead… I gotta take it nice and easy and make sure to always have good sportsmanship."

Congratulations to our entire unified bowling team for a fantastic season! Let’s go Falcons!
