There are still spots available in City School District of Albany prekindergarten programs based at elementary schools and community agencies.
For 4-year-olds, spots are open at the following locations:

- North Albany Academy, 570 North Pearl St.
- Sheridan Preparatory Academy, 400 Sheridan Ave.
- Arbor Park Child Care Center, 96 Second St.
- Capital Milestones, 3 Harriman Campus Drive, University at Albany Dutch Quad
- DIGI Academy of Learners, 96 Madison Ave.
- Infinite Care, 43 Quail St.
- Jewish Community Center, 340 Whitehall Road
- St. Anne's Institute, 160 North Main Ave.
- St. Matthew Lutheran School, 75 Whitehall Road
- Temple Israel, 600 New Scotland Ave.
- Trinity Nursery and Daycare, 215 Lancaster St.
A child must be 4 by Dec. 1, 2017 to qualify for a 4-year-old's spot during the 2017-18 school year.
Classes have a maximum of 18 children to make sure each child gets the individual attention that makes the prekindergarten experience meaningful.
To register your child for one of the open spots, visit the school district’s Central Registration Office located at 75 Watervliet Ave. The spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

The mission of the City School District of Albany is to educate and prepare all students for college and career, citizenship and life, in partnership with our diverse community.
