All City School District of Albany schools will hold winter parent-teacher conferences Thursday, Feb. 8 and Friday, Feb. 9, and there is no school for students on Friday, Feb. 9.
Here’s a schedule for both days:
Thursday, Feb. 8 is a regular school day. See below for specific school conference times.
- Albany High School, 4:30-7:30 p.m.
- Albany International Center, 4:30-7:30 p.m.
- Albany School of Humanities (ASH), 3:30-6:30 p.m.
- Arbor Hill Elementary School, 4:30-7:30 p.m.
- Delaware Community School, 4:30-7:30 p.m.
- Dual Language Program, 4:30-7:30 p.m.
- Eagle Point Elementary School, 3:30-6:30 p.m.
- Giffen Memorial Elementary School, 4:30-7:30 p.m.
- Montessori Magnet School, 3:30-6:30 p.m.
- New Scotland Elementary School, 4:30-7:30 p.m.
- North Albany Middle School, 4-7 p.m.
- Pine Hills Elementary School, 3:30-6:30 p.m.
- Roots Academy at West Hill, 4:30-7:30 p.m.
- Sheridan Preparatory Academy, 3:30-6:30 p.m.
- Stephen and Harriet Myers Middle School, 4-7 p.m.
- Thomas O’Brien Academy of Science and Technology (TOAST), 3:30-6:30 p.m.

Friday, Feb. 9 there is no school for students. District employees will participate in professional development from 8-11 a.m., and parent-teacher conferences will be held at all schools from noon-3 p.m.
Scheduling a conference
Elementary parents and guardians can contact their child’s teacher to schedule a meeting. For middle school and high school conferences, you can contact your school’s main office or, at Albany High School, your academy office, to schedule an appointment.
