Congratulations to Rossi Maldonado on a very prestigious coaching assignment last week!
Coach Rossi - who leads varsity girls' and boys' swimming at Albany High School - was chosen to be part of the coaching staff at USA Swimming's National Diversity Select Camp.
USA Swimming created the National Diversity Select Camp to empower athletes from diverse backgrounds and under-represented populations to participate in a special swimming experience. The workouts, training sessions and competition - this year held in Indianapolis June 13-16 - is led by those considered decorated leaders within the sport.
