Smart, cute and ready for kindergarten

It was a busy and happy Friday in two classrooms at Pine Hills Elementary School as students in the Jump Start kindergarten prep program brushed up on their numbers and letters while they played.

The four-week Jump Start program operates out of Pine Hills Elementary and Giffen Memorial Elementary schools. It serves children from all eight district elementary schools, helping build the smarts and social skills they need to thrive in kindergarten.

Ready, set, go … to kindergarten in September!
