Two projects will impact traffic flow on streets near Eagle Point Elementary School this Wednesday through Friday (Dec. 11-13).
- Russell Road - between Dale Street and Cottage Avenue - will be reduced to one lane of traffic. Flaggers will be on site to assist vehicles during the road restoration. Completion is expected Thursday.
- Russell Road will be closed between Vine Street and Pleasantview Avenue for hydrant replacement and valve repair. Detours will be marked. Completion is expected Friday.
