A day in the life: Ashlyn Slater’s AP World History class

Visit our district Facebook page to take a look at a typical day of learning in Ashlyn Slater’s freshman AP World History class at Albany High School. 

Fifth period on the morning of Nov. 22 marked day two of a three-day writing workshop preparing students to answer document-based essay questions. Students worked independently and collaboratively to hone their skills in close reading, summarizing and analysis.
