Three students pick radishes in the school garden

Last Thursday, students in Chef Lisa Valentine’s culinary classes were invited to the Vegetable Project’s Albany High School garden to learn, taste and pick fresh veggies. The students brought their harvest back to the classroom, where they created dishes.
