On Thursday, Jan. 13, students and families can get online assistance in completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and New York State Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) application forms.
You need to make an appointment for a session; sign up here. Appointments are available between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Once you schedule an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email that confirms the time and includes a link to the session.
Your appointment will connect you to a professional financial aid counselor who will work with you and your family as you complete college financial aid forms.
The sessions will be offered via Zoom and you will receive a link after you make an appointment. Albany High will provide access to a computer at school if needed.
The event is sponsored by the Albany High Guidance Department and New York State Higher Education Services Corporation.
