Some Albany High School students got a first-hand look at a career in law enforcement this summer.
The students participated in this year's Summer Youth Employment Program and spent the past five weeks working as Cadets with the Albany Police Department.
The students participated in team building, the youth police initiative and community policing.
Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehand and Deputy Chief Anthony Battuello presented the graduates with their certificates on Thursday.
