Albany High School’s newest Falcons were met with smiles and friendly faces on Thursday, their first day of school.
Members of the Class of 2026 toured the school (and were the first students in the beautiful brand-new auditorium and library!), learned the ropes from their academy administrators, met their teachers and went through an abbreviated school day.

The Falcon ninth graders ended their day with a field day.
Seniors also were in school for a shortened day Thursday, and juniors and sophomore return Friday. All students return next Tuesday.
