The Albany High School unified basketball team clinched its fourth consecutive Section 2 Division Championship win with a 51-33 victory over Guilderland High School.
The finals were held at Mohonason High School on Thursday and the Falcons ended their amazing season with a record of 8-1.
The unified basketball team, which is part of the Special Olympics Program along with Albany High's unified bowling team, is co-ed and made up of students from grades 9-12.
