Living our arts theme

Students participate in a theater workshop.

Is magic the answer? Will a sorcerer forgive? Can we learn from our past?

Shakespeare stormed though ASH earlier this week with a brilliantly creative production of The Tempest by Catskill Mountain Shakespeare.

The Tempest explores themes of betrayal, greed, learning from our past, being our best selves, love, and forgiveness.

After the performance, grades 3-5 participated in workshops where they used their voice, body and imagination to recreate a scene from the Shakespearean masterpiece.
