Edmund O’Neal School of Excellence celebrated its fifth graders Wednesday at a moving-up ceremony featuring students from Albany International Center and the Dual Language Program.

After the presentation of awards and moving up certificates (and an amazing music and drumming performance), students, staff, family and friends moved outdoors for ice cream!
