There was plenty of joyful noise outside Edmund J. O’Neal School of Excellence on Friday, as middle and high school students and staff from Albany International Center whooped for and high-fived elementary students in their program and the Dual Language Program.
After the younger students marched in their clap-in parade, the secondary students received their round of cheers.
