This week we are kicking off our 'One School, One Book' at Eagle Point and Fran LoGiudice's class hit the ground running!
The second graders, with help from Principal Fox, created a bulletin board that shared facts about themselves that makes them unique.
The students then received a copy of Jacqueline Woodson's story "The Day You Begin," which is a reminder that we all feel different sometimes but what's most important is how we move forward.
Ask your student about the book or, better yet, sit down and read it with them!
