2022/23 STEM Program

The following is a message from Principal Jared Fox:

As we continue to move towards integrating a building-wide focus on STEM, students will be able to design, create and evaluate their own ideas and work collaboratively to enhance critical thinking skills. The engineering cycle will be at the forefront of all our STEM programming. This will help our students with understanding the problem at hand and being able to develop solutions and ideas on their own. This teaches students to learn from their mistakes and build off them. Creativity comes from students that aren’t afraid of making a mistake but excited about creating new possibilities.

With that said, I am proud to bring back our after-school STEM program here at Eagle Point Elementary School. This application is to gather information so that I can select the appropriate amount of staff for the program. This does not guarantee a seat in the program but I will do everything possible to make as
many seats available as possible. Thank you!
