The following is an important message from Stephen and Harriet Myers Middle School Principal William Rivers:
I am writing to let you know that French teacher Rebecca Philippone has resigned from her position at Stephen and Harriet Myers Middle School. We are working with the City School District of Albany Human Resources Division to identify a quality replacement as soon as possible.
While that process is ongoing, a certified French teacher from William S. Hackett Middle School - Josephine O'Connor - will be providing grade-level assignments via Google Classroom for our students. When we return to on-site instruction, our students will be supervised by building substitute Ma Nyein while completing the online work during their scheduled French class.
