- The Myers school counselors are currently working with grade 8 students for next year's scheduling at Albany High School. An overview of the process can be found here.
- This month's PTSA meeting is tomorrow (Wednesday, Jan 10) from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Our guest will be the Vegetable Project's Bill Stoneman. Please join us!
- Registration for modified (grades 7-8) co-ed swimming is underway! A link to the online sign up - plus information about the required paperwork - can be found here.
- Student athletes in grades 7-8 are eligible to participate on the ongoing football and tennis intramurals at Albany High School. Details can be found here.
- The Albany Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) will hold its monthly virtual meeting on Thursday, Jan. 11 at 6:30 p.m.
- This month’s topic is Ask an Advocate and will feature Tina Beauparlant, our area's Regional Manager and Education Specialist for Parent to Parent of NYS.

- The City School District of Albany has extended the deadline for this year's Family Engagement Survey. Our family/school relationships and partnerships are central to your student’s success and your feedback is important for our school improvement efforts. The confidential online survey will now be open through Jan. 12, 2024.
