- Attention grade 8 families: The 2024 Moving Up Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, June 26 at 9 a.m. The parking lot will open at 8 a.m.; please only park in designated spots. All eligible students will receive three family tickets, which must be shown to secure a parking spot. In addition, the event will be livestreamed for families via a link that will be shared through SchoolMessenger email.
- If you are interested in playing a fall sport, please take note of sign up and registration dates as well as coaching information.
- If you missed the meeting, the PTSA's May minutes are now available online.
- Family and Consumer Studies (FACS) classes took field trips to our garden on Thursday for a touch-and-taste walkaround.
- Sign up for Summer Sports Academy by June 21. The free free five-week program is co-sponsored by the University at Albany Liberty Partnerships Rising Stars Program and the City School District of Albany Athletics Department. Details, including the required online interest form, can be found here.
- The City School District of Albany's free Summer Arts Program gives students currently in grades 3-11 throughout the district the opportunity to participate in four weeks of educational activities, including art, theater, dance and music! Learn more and apply online.
- Important health requirements for the 2024-25 school year, for all district students, can be found online.
- STEP - Albany Medical College's Science and Technology Entry Program - which aims to increase the number of historically underrepresented and economically disadvantaged students in science/math/health college and careers - is seeking applications. Details for students in grades 7-12 can be found here.
