Holly Seay’s students are getting their hands dirty!

Room 237 - plus five other classrooms at Myers - partnered with The Vegetable Project to complete hands-on learning about nature, climate, plant life cycles, gardening and our food chain.

On Thursday the students planted pea shoots which will be the focus of an upcoming lab to experiment with different growing conditions.

The Vegetable Project will work with the students twice a week through June and, of course, many of the activities will be outside.
