Students, families and volunteers in Wanda Carter’s kindergarten class at New Scotland Elementary School celebrated an early Thanksgiving on Tuesday.
The kindergarteners were excited to show off their “What I am Thankful for …” projects to their families, and were able to take home placements they made that included sight words they will learn this year.
Superintendent Kaweeda Adams stopped by to wish the class a Happy Thanksgiving, as well.
