Hands on science (the best kind of science) at NAMS!

Students study Newton's Laws with a lab.

Learning about science doesn’t require fancy tools. Often everyday items will do the trick!

On Thursday Lisa Leonardo’s sixth graders learned about Newton’s First Law of Motion using a cup and a penny to demonstrate inertia.

It was fun to watch a 17th Century concept come to life in a modern-day classroom!
