The staggered return to in-person attendance over the next several days will be as follows:

  • Thursday – Grade 6 in-person (classroom pods); grades 7-8 virtual
  • Friday – Grades 6-7 in-person (classroom pods); grade 8 virtual
  • Monday – All students in-person (classroom pods)

Students in distance learning Thursday and Friday also will end the school day with asynchronous lessons in ninth period. These asynchronous periods this week will allow faculty and staff to participate in professional development sessions designed to help support students’ social-emotional needs.

As a reminder, all City School District of Albany students will be off next Tuesday, May 17, for a professional development day for faculty and staff. All North Albany students will be in-person Wednesday, May 18, following their regular schedule.
