- Quarter 3 ends today, April 19 - please check mailboxes for report cards beginning May 1.
- New York State testing begins next week in all three district middle schools. Grade 8 will sit for ELA assessments on Tuesday and Wednesday (April 23-24) and grade 6 will sit for ELA assessments on Thursday and Friday (April 25-26). Please ensure that your scholar receives a good night’s rest and eats a solid breakfast (either at home or for free here at school) in the morning.
- SAVE THE DATE(S): Dine and Donate at Spinner's on May 6 from noon-9 p.m. and Do Good With Chipotle (Español) June 18 from 4-8 p.m. Proceeds from your orders will support students and staff at NAMS thanks to our PTA - pleaes join us!
- The district is partnering with the Black Child Development Institute to offer students in grades 6-12, and their parents and guardians, an opportunity to attend the free Entering the College Zone Student Conference on April 27 from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. at Hudson Valley Community College.
- The Albany Booster Club – which, among other things, supports athletic, arts and JROTC funding – needs adult volunteers to run the concession stand during home games this spring on the turf field. Please sign up for a shift today!
