It was a zoo here today and that’s a GREAT thing!
On Thursday, grade 8 completed an animal observation lab in agriculture class. Besides a very hands-on experience, Emily Statham’s students took notes on the behaviors and needs of a bearded dragon, rabbits, chinchillas, guinea pig, hamster, turtle and a rat!
NAMS eighth graders will spend half the year in agriculture class and the other half of the year in business class for career and technical education (CTE) credit.
