But here at NAMS we are taking a new approach to increase understanding of the New Kid text.
On Friday Kaylee Sawicki’s students chose projects - maps, posters and even a podcast - to inspire creativity and critical thinking while studying Jerry Craft’s graphic novel about racial, social, academic and artistic challenges.
