- We are off for Winter Recess next week! We will see everyone back here at 8 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 24.

- More than 210 students will be recognized at our Q2 Hon-a-Roll Celebration on Friday, Feb. 28 at 9 a.m. - please join us in recognizing our scholars' hard work and attendance! Additionally, the NAMS PTA is in need of donations for the student reception following the ceremony. You can contribute cash via the PTA portal or sign up to deliver a baked good/snack/drink. Thanks, in advance, for your support!
- ICYMI: Our Black History Month celebration on Wednesday was amazing. Check out photo highlights from the evening and a huge shout out to our students and staff who planned and participated in the event.
- Albany Indoor Percussion will be hosting a home show next Saturday (Feb. 22) at Albany High. It's an interesting and fun event so come on our and cheer on your fellow Falcons!
- Scholarships are still available (first come, first served) for the four-week New York State Summer School of the Arts, which offers visual arts, media arts and theatre arts sessions. The deadline to apply is March 14. Please reach out to Ms. Sweet or Ms. Tolmie if you have questions about the application process.
