District closed for Independence Day
Students at Edmund J. O’Neal Middle School of Excellence were surprised to be greeted Monday by long lines of cheering teachers, staff and administrators welcoming them to the second week of school.
The “clap-in” was one of several happening throughout the district in the early weeks of the school year to get students excited about coming to school.
