District closed for Independence Day
Philip Schuyler Achievement Academy (and friends) applauded and cheered for scholars walking into school on Friday.
Joining faculty and staff at the “clap-in” were community partners Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, HATAS, 4th Family and the Albany Police Department.
