Starting Tuesday, Philip Schuyler Acheivement Academy will distribute COVID-19 home test kits to parents and guardians of students who did not yet receive them.
Parents and guardians can pick up the kits at the main entrance on Clinton Avnue. Parents and guardians are encouraged to pick up and sign for the tests. However, if they need to send someone else in their absence, they should call school at (518) 475-6700 and let staff know who that will be.
Parents and guardians will be asked for their student's name, grade and date of birth. The school will provide one kit for each student, and each kit contains two tests.
Please see the schedule below. The school will work with parents and guardians with special circumstances who are unable to pick up tests during these times; those parents/guardians should call school to schedule a different time.
