A UAlbany basketball player gives hoop-shooting tips to a Schuyler student

We LOVE our community partners!

On Thursday, 4th Family brought University at Albany men’s basketball coach Dwayne Killings and some of his players to Philip J. Schuyler Achievement Academy Community School to talk to students about the importance of working hard in school and how athletes use math and other subjects when they play sports.

Students then had a chance to shoot hoops with the players.

Check out some photos from the day. (You don't need a Facebook account to see the pictures linked in the highlighted text. A window may appear that says, “To see more from Albany City Schools on Facebook, log on or create an account,” but you can dismiss it by clicking “not now.”)
