Our SPA Superstars can now add award-winning author to the list of people they have met!
Justin A. Reynolds read from “It’s the End of the World, and I’m in My Bathing Suit” to students in grades 3-5 on Friday.
Reynolds came to SPA, thanks to community partner 15-LOVE and is the winner of the 2023 Denise McCoy Legacy Award in honor of the late Denise McCoy, founder of an Albany County bookstore.
“It’s the End of the World, and I’m in My Bathing Suit” tells the story of five unsupervised kids facing the apocalypse under outrageously silly circumstances.
The student audience also received their own copy of the book.
