Exploring animal habitats

On Friday, our first-graders learned about how animals seek food, water and shelter from our fantastic community partners at Cornell Cooperative Extension Albany County.

After an exercise where they placed animals and their habitats on a display board, students were given an animal model and asked to draw its habitat.
