In an effort to provide better bus service and improve the consistency of on-time arrivals at school each day, the City School District of Albany Transportation Department, building principals and First Student have worked together to adjust the schedules for some of our morning bus routes.
Beginning Monday, please expect your child’s bus to arrive at your designated pickup location 15-20 minutes earlier in the morning.
- For students at schools that begin at 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., please expect your bus to arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
- For students at schools that begin at 9 a.m., please expect your bus to arrive at your regularly scheduled pickup time.
In all cases, please remember that your student should be ready at their pickup location 10 minutes before the anticipated pickup time.
