The City School District of Albany is currently seeking bids for the following work as part of the 2019 Capital Project Group 3, which includes renovations throughout the district.
Separate bids are requested for the following contracts:
- Contract No. 09- General Construction Work (GC)
- Contract No. 10- Plumbing Work (PC)
- Contract No. 11- Mechanical Work (MC)
- Contract No. 12- Electrical Work (EC)
A pre-bid conference for potential bidders and other interested parties will be held on April 29 at 3:30 p.m. in the Arbor Hill Elementary School cafeteria, located at 1 Arbor Drive.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 3 p.m., on Friday May 14, 2021, at 1 Academy Park.
