We would like to share the following events and resources from our community partners that we have added to our workforce development website.


Sisters in the Brotherhood virtual information sessions

The Sisters in the Brotherhood is a pre-apprentice program offered through the North Atlantic States Carpenters Training Fund (NASCTF). Sisters in the Brotherhood is to provide access to carpentry for women who would like to consider it as a career option.

Virtual information sessions are scheduled for 6 p.m. on March 10, March 24 and April 7.


Capital District Educational Opportunity Center (EOC)

A division of Hudson Valley Community College and part of the State University of New York, the EOC offers tuition-free academic and workforce development opportunities to disadvantaged and educationally under-prepared New York residents.


North Atlantic States Carpenters Training Fund (NASCTF)

NASCTF provides general resources for those interested in pursuing an apprenticeship in carpentry.
