City School District of Albany
Special Ed Parent Advisory Council meeting
"Care Management and OPWDD Services" are the subjects of the Albany Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC)'s monthly virtual meeting.
Leading the presentation will be with Kathleen Pivacek, care manager supervisor at Care Design NY. Are you curious about what care management is, or what kinds of services your child could receive with care management? Do you have questions about the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), or wonder how it relates to care management? There will be a presentation followed by discussion, with time for questions.
All district families, staff members and community partners are invited to attend, ask questions and offer their ideas.
You can get a link to the meeting and download the agenda. You also can call in to the meeting at 1 727-202-2863 and enter PIN 342 768 534#
